Sacred Supper Club 9/10/25
I’m so excited to be partnering with Jess Ferrari Wells, a fantastic Nutritional Therapist who shares my passion for real food and true nourishment. Together we’re curating the second Sacred Supper Club — a series of intimate seasonal gatherings designed to bring people together around food, conversation, and wellbeing.
At the heart of Sacred Supper is a simple idea: that food can be more than just fuel. It’s a way to pause, reconnect, and realign with the natural rhythms that our bodies and minds were shaped by. We live in a fast-paced, ultra-processed world that often pulls us away from those roots. Through these evenings, we want to create a gentle space to explore how nourishing, seasonal food, shared in community, can help us to slow down, reflect, and find balance again.
Each supper has a theme inspired by ancestral wisdom — not about turning back the clock, but about weaving small, meaningful practices into modern life. Think: slowing down, creating space, celebrating seasonal produce, and rediscovering the joy of cooking from scratch.
You’ll enjoy a lovingly prepared, seasonal meal using the very best local produce, alongside conversations led by Jess around different pillars of ancestral health.
Here's a sneak peek at the menu..
On arrival, we’ll begin with a bitters bowl inspired by Semaine du Goût — a French tradition of tasting the full spectrum of flavours — to gently awaken the palate and stimulate digestion.
Then, a celebration of heritage grains and fermentation: sourdough from The Potting Shed micro-bakery, served with a trio of raw, cultured butters.
For the main event, a feast of ancestral cooking — wild venison slow-cooked in bone broth, turmeric, ginger and red palm oil, paired with vibrant seasonal vegetables, pickles, and nourishing sides.
And to finish: spiced poached pears with raw vanilla cream and a decadent black bean, date & pistachio brownie.Make it stand out.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
